Serenity Shores is a modern, owner occupied, energy efficient residence in a park like setting on the shore of Lake Erie, Chatham-Kent. We didn’t put a pool in the backyard. We installed a Great Lake with a 400 foot private beach instead and we think it’s much nicer. In keeping with our green and renewable energy goals our property has been issued a Phase One Environmental Site Assessment Certification.

Fitness begins at home so the energetic will appreciate the volleyball/badminton court, horseshoe pit and lawn darts areas. There is a fire pit for a ‘cuppa’ on cool evenings and play equipment for more than a couple o’ cool kids. And don’t forget the community vegetable garden for those who want to ‘grow their own.’ The exceptional space we have allows free parking for cars, RV’s and watercraft.

Safety and security are very important to us and our tenants. We’ve addressed them both with a new five zone fire alarm equipped with en-suite alarms and a comprehensive video surveillance system.

Our attractive waterfront rental apartments feature upgraded light fixtures, Moen design faucets, Italian ceramics and elegant Berber carpeting. Each apartment is clean and quiet with fiber-optics (high speed) wireless internet access. Open the window and breathe the lake breeze. What a great place to live.
